HIF-PHD-IN-5 is a hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase domain (HIF-PHD) inhibitor. HIF-PHD-IN-5 can be used for the research of neurological disease[1].
In Vitro:HIF-PHD-IN-5 (Compound A4) inhibits the activity of HIF prolyl 4-hydroxylases (PHD1/2/3); stabilizes HIF-1α protein; upregulates the expression of HIF-regulated target genes such as Epo and PGK1; and exerts neuroprotective effects in oxidative stress neuronal models[1].
