BMS-948 is a RARβ-selective transcriptional agonist with an EC50 of 0.1 μM. BMS-948 is used in the research of tumor diseases, embryonic development and tissue remodeling[1]. In Vitro:BMS-948 acts as a fully selective agonist of RARβ in HeLa cells, with an EC50 of 0.1 μM for RARβ-mediated transactivation, and exhibits extremely low activity against RARα and RARγ[1].
