SAFit1 is a FK506 binding protein 51 (FKBP51)-specific inhibitor with a Ki of 4±0.3 nM[1][2]. IC50 & Target: Ki: 4±0.3 nM (FKBP51), >50000 nM (FKBP52)[1] In Vitro: SAFit1 (1-1000 nM) potently stimulates neurite outgrowth in two neuronal cell lines (N2a and SH-SY5Y) as well as in primary hippocampal neurons. SAFit1 is active over a wide concentration range[1].
