PZ-II-029 is a GABAA positive allosteric modulator that selectively binds with high affinity to α6β3γ2. PZ-II-029 shows anti-migraine effects[1]. In Vivo:PZ-II-029 (1-10 mg/kg; i.p.; 30 min before Capsaicin instillation) inhibits central and peripheral trigeminal responses in a rat migraine model[1].
