CysLT1/2 receptor antagonist-1 can be used for the research of bronchial asthma[1]. In Vitro:CysLT1/2 receptor antagonist-1 (Compound 11b) antagonizes CysLT1 and CysLT2 receptors, with an IC50 value of 0.044 μM against CysLT1 and 0.17 μM against CysLT2[1].
