L-Cysteine S-sulfate is an S-sulfated derivative of L-cysteine (HY-Y0337). L-Cysteine S-sulfate is the substrate for cystine lyase, it can be used in mass spectrometry and chromatography analyses[1][2]. In Vitro:L-Cysteine S-sulfate is used as an internal standard for quantifying the L-cysteine S-oxidation product in the mixed female human liver cytoplasmic components by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)[1].
