Bis-propargyl-PEG4 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Bis-propargyl-PEG4 is used for the synthesis of demethylvancomycin dimers[1][2]. Bis-propargyl-PEG4 is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
In Vitro: Bis-propargyl-PEG4 can be used in the synthesis of demethylvancomycin dimers against vancomycin-resistant enterococcus faecalis[2].
