In Vivo:RPR-106541 significantly inhibits CD4+ T-cell accumulation and eosinophil accumulation within the lungs and simultaneously inhibits expression of mRNA for interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-5 in an experimental rat model of pulmonary inflammation[1].
