In Vitro:Cav 2.2 blocker 1 (compound 9) is a highly potent N-type calcium channel blocker in FDSS and QPatch assays[1].
In Vivo:Cav 2.2 blocker 1 (compound 9) (30 mg/kg; p.o.) reverses thermal hyperalgesia in the rat CFA inflammatory pain model[1].
Cav 2.2 blocker 1 (30 mg/kg; p.o.) produces a 51% inhibition of cold allodynia in the rat CCI neuropathic pain model[1].
