PSB-1115 is a selective A2B Adenosine Receptor antagonist. PSB-1115 inhibits the 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid (TNBS)-induced contraction inhibition of acetylcholine (ACh)[1].
In Vitro:PSB-1115 (100 μM) inhibits TNBS (10 mM) induced ACh contraction inhibition in the ileum/jejunum segment[1].
In Vivo:PSB-1115 (0.5 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose, injected 20 minutes before inhalation) antagonizes the inhibitory effect of the non-selective adenosine receptor agonist NECA (HY-103173) on mucociliary clearance in mice[2].
