Docosatetraenylethanolamide inhibits the specific binding of cannabinoid probe to rat synaptosomal membranes with a Ki value of 34.4 nM. Docosatetraenylethanolamide can be used in the research of nervous system[1][2]. In Vitro: Docosatetraenylethanolamide inhibits the electrically evoked twitch response of the mouse isolated vas deferens (IC50=95.5 nM).
