Fmoc-Trp(Boc)-OH can self-assemble into stable and pH-responsive spherical nanoparticles, which can load and release bioactive molecules, with good biocompatibility and high cell uptake rate. Fmoc-Trp(Boc)-OH can be used in research on drug delivery[1][2]. In Vitro:Fmoc-Trp(Boc)-OH loaded with Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) exhibits better killing effect on glioma cells than the free drug and can enhance the anti-tumor effect[1].
