Mutant EGFR inhibitor is a potent mutant EGFR inhibitor. Mutant EGFR inhibitor inhibits FGFRWT with an IC50 of 0.4 nM. Mutant EGFR inhibitor also inhibits EGFRL858R, EGFRExon 19 deletion and EGFRT790M. Mutant EGFR inhibitor can be used to study EGFR-mediated diseases (especially cancers)[1].
In Vitro: Mutant EGFR inhibitor (Example 25) is tested three times in the phosphorylation inhibition assay of wild-type EGFR cells, with IC50 values of 0.58, 0.23, and 10.9 nM, respectively. The third value is regarded as an error value, and the average value calculated from the first two tests is 0.4 nM[1].
