UU-T01 is a β-catenin inhibitor with a KD of 0.531 μM. UU-T01 binds to the K435, R469 and K508 residues of β-catenin, disrupting the β-catenin/TCF4 protein-protein interaction[1][2]. In Vitro: UU-T01 directly binds purified β-catenin with a KD of 0.531 μM, disrupts β-catenin/TCF4 protein-protein interactions with Ki values of 3.14 μM (FP) and 7.6 μM (AlphaScreen), and relies on β-catenin residues K435, K469, and K508 for binding[1].
