Faropenem daloxate (Faropenem medoxil) is an orally active beta-lactam antibiotic. Faropenem daloxate has excellent in vitro activity against Streptococcus pneumonia, Haemophilus influenza, and other key pathogens implicated in acute bacterial rhino sinusitis. Faropenem daloxate can be studied in research for respiratory pathogens and acute bacterial sinusitis[1][2][3][4][5]. In Vivo:Faropenem daloxate (Compound FPM) (0-144 mg/kg/day, p.o., 28 consecutive days) reduces the absolute erythrocyte count and hemoglobin in juvenile beagle dog[1].
