Milademetan tosylate arrests the cell cycle at G1 pahse, induces the apoptosis Milademetan tosylate restores the p53 activity by targeting the p53-MDM2 interaction, and exhibits anticancer activity against Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC)[1].
