Isodunnianol decreases Doxorubicin (HY-15142A)-induced cardiotoxicity[1]. In Vitro:Isodunnianol (10 µM; 6, 24 h) induces autophagic and increases the expression of pAMPK172, pULK1555, decreases the expression of pULK1757, SQSTM2 in H9C2 cells[1].
