DM1-SMe is an unconjugated form of the Maytansinoid in IMGN901. DM1-SMe is the microtubule inhibitor and can be used as the ADC cytotoxin[1]. In Vitro:DM1-SMe exhibits cytotoxicity against multiple cancer cell with IC50 of nanomolar levels[1]. In Vivo:DM1-SMe (15 mg/kg in form of IMGN901, iv, three times a week for 6 weeks) exhibits antitumor efficacy in xenograft mouse models[1].
