PARPi-FL (Olaparib-bodipy FL) is a small-molecule fluorescent inhibitor of PARP1 that can specifically bind to PARP1. PARPi-FL can be used as a fluorescent imaging agent for tumor detection, diagnosis, and surgical guidance[1][2][3].
In Vitro:PARPi-FL (0.33-100 μM; 7 days) has IC50 values of 23.8 and 5.5 μM for U87 and U251, respectively[2]。
