Introduction of 137525-51-0 :

BPC 157 is an orally active peptide. BPC 157 exhibits multiple activities such as promoting wound healing, tendon healing, neuroprotection, and gastrointestinal protection. BPC 157 can be used in the research of tendon injury, burn, gastric ulcer, and neurological diseases[1][2][3]. In Vitro:BPC 157 (2 μg/mL; 7 days) significantly accelerates the outgrowth of tendon fibroblasts from Sprague-Dawley rat Achilles tendon explants[1].
BPC 157 (2 μg/mL; 24 h) significantly increases the viability of Sprague-Dawley rat Achilles tendon fibroblasts cultured under oxidative stress induced by 0.1 mM H2O2[1].
BPC 157 (0.5–2 μg/mL; 24 h) promotes the migration of cultured Sprague-Dawley rat Achilles tendon fibroblasts and induces increased F-actin formation[1].
BPC 157 (0-2 μg/mL; 24 h) activates the FAK-paxillin pathway in cultured SD rat Achilles tendon fibroblasts[1]. In Vivo:BPC 157 (10 ng/kg-10 μg/g, i.p.; 5 ng/g-50 μg/g, topical application as cream) promotes burn wound healing and alleviates burn-induced gastric injury in mice[2].
BPC 157 (100 pg-10 μg/kg; i.p.; single dose) significantly alleviates haloperidol (HY-14538)-induced catalepsy in rats and inhibits gastric ulcers[3].
