LIN28 inhibitor LI71 is a LIN28 inhibitor that effectively inhibits LIN28:let-7 binding (IC50: 7 μM). LIN28 inhibitor LI71 can abolish LIN28-mediated oligouridylation of let-7 precursor (IC50: 27 μM). LIN28 inhibitor LI71 has potential application value in LIN28-driven cancer research. LIN28 inhibitor LI71 inhibits the interaction of cold shock protein of Plasmodium falciparum (PfCoSP) with DNA and α/β tubulin and has an inhibitory effect on Plasmodium falciparum[1][2]. IC50 & Target:IC50: 7 uM (LIN28)[1] In Vitro:LIN28 inhibitor LI71 competitively blocks the interaction between LIN28 and let-7 precursor by directly binding to the cold shock domain (CSD) of LIN28 (IC50: 7 μM)[1].
LIN28 inhibitor LI71 (40 μM, 40 minutes) can effectively inhibit LIN28-mediated oligouridylation of let-7 precursor, thereby preventing the degradation of let-7 and restoring the level of mature let-7 (IC50: 27 μM)[1].
LIN28 inhibitor LI71 (100 μM) shows that it directly binds to CSD rather than zinc joint domain (ZKD) or let-7 RNA in saturation transfer difference (STD) spectroscopy experiments[1]
