In Vitro:UCD74A (compound 18) hydrochloride (serial dilutions; duration within the linear region of absorbance vs time plots) inhibits high molecular weight urokinase-type plasminogen activator (HMW-uPA) with an IC50 of 110 μM in an in vitro enzyme assay[1].
