IC50 & Target:IC50: 0.09 μM (5-lipoxygenase); 0.013 μM (12-lipoxygenase); 0.5 μM (15-lipoxygenase)[1]. In Vitro:2-TEDC can potent inhibit 5-, 12-, and 15-lipoxygenase with IC50 values of 0.09 μM, 0.013 μM and 0.5 μM, respectively[1].
