Introduction of 130104-32-4 :

Eberconazole nitrate is a dichlorinated imidazole derivative with antifungal activity. Eberconazole nitrate is more effective than Clotrimazole (HY-10882), Ketoconazole (HY-B0105), and Miconazole (HY-B0454). Eberconazole nitrate has potential for the study of dermatophytosis[1][2]. In Vitro:Eberconazole (0.03-2 μg/mL, 7 days) exhibits significant antifungal activity against 200 strains of dermatophytes, with the strongest activity against Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes[1].
In Vivo:Eberconazole (1%-1.3% Eberconazole cream, approximately 1-1.3 g per animal, topical application, twice daily for 6 days) demonstrated significant therapeutic efficacy in the experimentally induced cutaneous candidiasis guinea pig model, with 90% of guinea pigs showing negative culture results from infected skin samples and lesion disappearance, superior to Clotrimazole (HY-10882)[2].
