AKT-IN-2 is a potent, selective and orally bioavailable AKT inhibitor with an IC50 of 5 nM for AKT1[1]. In Vitro: AKT-IN-2 (Compound 8) also inhibits P70S6K, PKA, PKCβ2, RSK1, and pGSK3β with IC50s of 0.399, 0.084, 3.98, 0.568, and 0.092 μM, respectively[1].
