In Vivo:11‑Dehydro thromboxane B3 (11‑Dehydro‑TXB3) exhibits significantly lower levels in Ex‑GF Jcl: MCH (ICR)/Jcl mice with colonized gut microbiota than in GF Jcl: MCH (ICR)/Jcl germ‑free mice[1].
11-Dehydro thromboxane B3 (11-Dehydro-TXB3) is detectable in 24-hour urine samples after daily intake of 5 g eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)[2].
