(Benzotriazol-1-yloxy)tripyrrolidinophosphonium hexafluorophosphate promotes the reaction of amino and carboxyl groups to form peptide bonds. (Benzotriazol-1-yloxy)tripyrrolidinophosphonium hexafluorophosphate can be used in the synthesis of peptide compounds[1][2][3]. In Vitro:(Benzotriazol-1-yloxy)tripyrrolidinophosphonium hexafluorophosphate is used for the reaction of vanillin acid with various amine compounds to form amide bonds[3].
