Eberconazole is a dichlorinated imidazole derivative with antifungal activity. Eberconazole is more effective than Clotrimazole (HY-10882), Ketoconazole (HY-B0105), and Miconazole (HY-B0454). Eberconazole has potential for the study of dermatophytosis[1][2]. In Vitro:Eberconazole (0.03-2 μg/mL, 7 days) exhibits significant antifungal activity against 200 strains of dermatophytes, with the strongest activity against Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes[1]. In Vivo:Eberconazole nitrate is a dichlorinated imidazole derivative with antifungal activity. Eberconazole nitrate is more effective than Clotrimazole (HY-10882), Ketoconazole (HY-B0105), and Miconazole (HY-B0454). Eberconazole nitrate has potential for the study of dermatophytosis[1][2].
