RM 06 is an immunomodulator with a peptidyl hypoxanthine structure. RM 06 significantly reduces the number of lung metastases of melanoma cells in mice after lethal irradiation and bone marrow reconstitution by stimulating the activity of natural killer (NK) cells. RM 06 can be used for research related to melanoma[1]. In Vivo:RM 06 significantly stimulates natural killer cell activity in immunodeficient mice and significantly reduces lung melanoma metastases in the same immunodeficient mouse model[1].
