Sarafotoxin S6a elicits the pig coronary artery with an EC50?value of 7.5 nM[1]. In Vitro: Sarafotoxin S6a is a rather weak agonist effect in guinea-pig aorta, the eliting concentration (EC50) is 150 nM in guinea-pig aorta[1].
