S6K1-IN-1 is a selective S6K1 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 52 nM. S6K1-IN-1 can be used in the research of obesity and insulin resistance-related diseases[1]. In Vitro:S6K1-IN-1 (compound 18) (1-10 μM) exhibits only low-level inhibition against JAK3, CLK1, and CHEK2 in a panel of 43 kinases, and shows excellent selectivity for S6K1[1].
