JNK-1-IN-1 is a JNK-1 inhibitor. JNK-1-IN-1 also inhibits MKK7 with an IC50 of 7.8μM. JNK-1-IN-1 bind to MKK7cp and acts as an inhibitor of JNK-1[1].
IC50 & Target:IC50: 7.8 μM (MKK7cp)[1]; Kd: 11 μM (Jnk1-u), 18 μM (p38α-u), 18 μM (ERK2-u)[1].
In Vitro:JNK-1-IN-1 (Compound 2) has affinity for binding to Jnk1-u, p38α-u, ERK2-u in HepG2 human hepatoma cells with Kd values of 11, 18, 18, respectively[1].
JNK-1-IN-1 inhibits MKK7cp in HepG2 human hepatoma cells with IC50 values of 7.8.
