hPGDS-IN-1 (Compound 2[3]) is an hPGDS inhibitor with an IC50 of 12 nM (as measured by fluorescence polarization assay or EIA). hPGDS-IN-1 can be used in the research of allergic rhinitis and spinal cord neurons[1][2][3]. IC50 & Target:IC50: 12 nM (hPGDS)[1][2][3] In Vitro:hPGDS-IN-1 causes a significant reduction in the numbers of 5-HT-ir spinal cord neurons of 4 dpf zebrafish[4].
