Azasetron (Y-25130) hydrochloride, a benzamide derivative, is a potent and selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. Azasetron is used in the study for Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV)[1]. In Vivo: Azasetron could effectively penetrate through the skin and pass into the systemic circulation[2].
