SMCC-DM1 (DM1-SMCC) is a drug-linker conjugate composed of a potent microtubule-disrupting agent DM1 and a linker SMCC to make antibody drug conjugate (ADC)[1]. In Vitro: SMCC-DM1 inhibits HCC1954 and MDA-MB-468 cells proliferation with IC50s of 17.2 and 49.9 nM, respectively[1].
