DOTA tert-Butyl ester is a cyclic tosamide benzyl derivative. In Vitro:DO3A tert-Butyl ester exhibits cytotoxicity in cancer cells A375, A2780, HT29, MCF-7, FaDu and NIH 3T3 with IC50s of 12.4, 10.5, 8.7, 11.3, 9.5 and 17.3 μM, respectively[2].
