TS-80 hydrochloride is a MEF2 transcriptional activator with a qAC50 greater than 4.970 μM. TS-80 hydrochloride can be used for the research of neurological disorders[1]. In Vitro:MEF2 belongs to a transcription factor family that regulates more than 1,000 brain development-related genes. It is modulated by neuronal synaptic activity and affects chromatin remodeling and gene expression. TS-80 hydrochloride can be used to study diseases associated with MEF2 functional defects by activating MEF2 transcriptional activity[1].
