IC50 & Target:SIRT1[1]
In Vitro:SRTCX1003 (0-10 μM; 24 h) mediates a dose-dependent reduction of acetylated p65 protein in U2OS cells[1].
SRTCX1003 (5 μM; 6 h) attenuates TNFα-induced p65 acetylation in HEK 293T/17 cells[1].
SRTCX1003 (0-100 μM; 2 h) shows dose-dependent reduction of LPS (HY-D1056)-induced TNFα secretion from RAW cells[1].
In Vivo:SRTCX1003 (3-100 mg/kg; oral; once) decreases LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated TNFα and IL-12p40 production in mice inflammation model[1].
