Dolastatin 10 inhibits tubulin polymerization and mitosis and has anticancer activity[1]. In Vitro:N-Boc-dolaproine is a key intermediate used in the synthesis of Dolastatin 10, can be used in synthesis of Dolastatin 10[1].
