Flector Patch has good skin absorption characteristics without local adverse reactions and allergies[2]. In Vitro: Flector Patch (Diclofenac epolamine) (1.3% w/w, 24 hours) increases diclofenac partitioning into the skin[1]. Flector Patch (Diclofenac epolamine) (1.3% w/w) loaded by Microemulsion (ME) enhances the transport of drug through skin and sustains to 12 h after removal of ME[2]. In Vivo: Flector Patch (Diclofenac epolamine) (1.3% w/w, exteral application) displays effective in treating inflammatory conditions[2].
