Benzoin (DL-Benzoin) is a PI3Kα inhibitor with anticancer effects. Benzoin inihits the growth of colon cancer cell line (HCT-116)[1]. In Vitro:Benzoin (24 h) has antiproliferative activities, which inhibits the cell growth of HCT-116 with an IC50 of 2.12 mM[1].
