ERK Inhibitor II (Negative control) inhibits the activation of insulin receptor, which can be used in the study of diabetes[1][2]. In Vitro:ERK Inhibitor II (Negative control) ( Irfin1) (10 µM) inhibits insulin induced activation of insulin receptor (IR) in CHO-K1 cells[2].
