BMS-794833 is a VEGFR2 and Met inhibitor extracted from patent WO2009094417, compound example 1; has IC50s of 15 and 1.7 nM, respectively. IC50 & Target:IC50: 15 nM (VEGFR2), 1.7 nM (Met)[1] In Vitro: BMS794833 inhibits Met receptor activated gastric carcinoma cell line, GTL-16, with an IC50 of 39 nM[1]. In Vivo: BMS-794833 is active by greater than 50% tumor growth inhibition for at least one tumor doubling time in the GTL-16 gastric carcinoma model. No toxicity is observed at any of the dose levels when administered once daily for a duration of 14 days[1].
