JNJ-39729209 inhibits Capsaicin (HY-10448)-induced hypotension and inhibit thereby hypothermia. JNJ-39729209 exhibits anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities in Carrageenan (HY-125474)- and CFA (HY-153808)-induced thermal hyperalgesia rat models. JNJ-39729209 exhibits anti-cough effects in guinea pigs[1].
