nor-NOHA (1 mM, 72 h) acetate attenuates hypoxia-mediated resistance towards Imatinib (HY-15463) in K562 or KCL22 cells^[1].
In Vivo:Nor-NOHA (0.04 mg/g of mouse; i.p.; daily) acetate modulates arginase to alter immune responses in experimental mouse models of pulmonary tuberculosis, including in the setting of HIV co-infection^[4].
