Lipegfilgrastim (Lonquex) is a long-acting granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) developed to reduce the duration of neutropenia and the incidence of febrile neutropenia in patients with cancer receiving myelosuppressive or cytotoxic chemotherapy[1]. In Vitro: Lipegfilgrastim (Lonquex) has a great resistance to neutrophil elastase degradation and concomitant retention of functional activity[1].
