Phleomycin D1 (PLM D1), a glycopeptide antibiotic, is a member of the Bleomycin/Phleomycin family. Phleomycin D1 causes cell death by binding and cleaving DNA. Phleomycin D1 induces cell cycle arrest at S phase[1][2][3]. In Vitro: Phleomycin D1 (10, 20, 40, 80 µg/mL; 12 h) induces cell cycle arrest at S phase[3].
