ML359 is a potent, selctive and reversible inhibitor of protein disulfide isomerase (PDI), with an IC50 of 250 nM. ML359 can prevent thrombus formation in vivo[1][2]. IC50 & Target: IC50: 250 nM (protein disulfide isomerase)[1] In Vitro: ML359 shows no cytotoxicity in three human cell lines (HeLa, HEK293, and HepG2), and some activity in inhibiting platelet aggregation in vitro (25% inhibition at 30 µM)[1]. In Vivo: ML359 inhibits of thrombus formation in a mouse laser injury model[2].
