TAPSO sodium contains a Tris group, exhibits considerable reactivity, and can interact with zwitterionic glycine peptides[1][2]. In Vitro:TAPSO sodium can be used to prepare buffer solutions, and is suitable for preparing buffer solutions with a pH range of 7.0 to 8.2[1].
