IC50 & Target:IC50: 0.35 μM (Bombyx mori chitinase)[1] In Vivo:Injection of Allosamidin (10 μg per larva) to the Bombyx mori peneltimate instar larvae of the silkworm prevents larval ecdysis to the next stage and leads to death[1].
